〔記者邱俊福／台北報導〕新北市警局中和分局長林故廷，是一手建立台灣警界測謊系統的刑事鑑識專家，他赴國立陽明大學生醫光電研究所深造，以「測謊精準度及其影響因素」為論文取得博士學位，並獲選該校創校以來首名非醫護背景的傑出校友。 林故廷警察大學刑事警察學系五十六期畢業後，在國內鑑識權威翁景惠帶領下走進鑑識領域，他從美國學習測謊科學帶回台灣，建立警界的測謊系統。 林故廷曾參與多件重大刑案，包括白曉燕命案、南迴鐵路搞軌案、八里媽媽嘴雙屍命案等，運用測謊科學協助釐清疑點、還原真相。...
